Caroline Myss - Advanced Energy Anatomy

This is another one of my favorite mentor / motivational speakers. Caroline Myss is a medical intuitive and she has some amazing insights.

Her series Advanced Energy Anatomy literally changed my life and helped me heal when I needed it most.

The story she tells in this video - I heard this 8 years ago - and I've NEVER forgotten it. It's changed how I view everything.

How to get what you really, really, really want.

Ten years ago, after my daughter's house fire accident (and us being homeless), I needed to find a career that would help me grow as a person and also support the two of us.

At the time, my experience included waiting tables. I needed something more.

I landed an interview at an insurance office for an agent position. It was for $12.50 an hour, which to me at the time, was perfect! The only problem was I needed to pass an insurance exam. I'm more of the creative type and I had an extremely hard time passing this test.

I took the test and failed. I had one more chance. If I didn't pass this exam, I would not have a job. I went to the local Goodwill and as I was walking a tape deck fell off the shelf.

I picked it up and the title said "How to get what you really, really really want" by Wayne Dyer. Being that I've always been interested in self-help I decided to purchase the tape.

I listened to it and used the techniques he described over and over and over again. I was determined to pass this test.

I went and took the test - and passed!

Since then, Wayne Dyer has been one of my favorite mentors. I highly recommend any and every book he's written.

The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire by Deepak Chopra


This book is definitely on my top 5 list. It's a must read. I've been using the techniques he describes and amazing things have been happening.

Visualize.

Each day, take 5-10 minutes and visualize.

What do you want to create in your life?
What does it look like?
How does it make you feel?
Get excited about it!

The key is to only do it for 5-10 minutes.
Then, go about your day.

Meditate.

This is a meditation technique that I learned in my 6 month Energy course. It may not make sense to some, but I wanted to make sure I put it in a blog to reference.

Ground.
Find the center of your head.
Connect it to grounding cord.
Run earth energy.
Run cosmic energy.
Run energy through aura.
Put up protection rose.
Surround self with a body of glass.
See viewing screen.
Blow roses. Blow lots of roses.
Lots of colors. Lots of times.
Erase roses.
Find snakes and spiders.
Erase.
Fill self with gold suns.
Lots of them. Lots of times.

1-2 times per day
